You can have your Josefina repaired by our own craftsmen. We need 6 weeks.
ALL SHIPMENTS ARE INCLUDED (sending and re-shipping).
By paying this flat rate, you contribute towards the shipping, logistics and handling costs associated with the repair process.
Repair costs - labor and materials - are at our expense.
IMPORTANT: customs duties and additional taxes applied to shipments from and/or to non-EU countries are at the customer's expense.

Express delivery €9.95:
- Europe: 2 working days
- Rest of the world: 5 working days
IMPORTANT: Concerning sales outside the European Union, prices are FOB departure from Paris. Customs clearance, payment of various duties or taxes are your responsibility.
RETURNS
Returns are arranged by COHETE CLASS SAS worldwide. In the event of a return, a fixed contribution towards return logistics costs will be deducted from the refund in the amount of €9.95 for returns made from an EU country and €39.95 for returns made from a non-EU country.
IMPORTANT: Given their clearly personalized and/or made-to-order nature, personalized items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
The customer may return his order within 15 days of receipt of his order.
