Article 9 - AFTER-SALES SERVICE
For any further information concerning an order placed on the www.josefina.fr website, the customer should contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
GUARANTEE: repairs to the product(s) are covered for up to one year from the date of receipt of the product(s) by the Customer; after this period, a contribution of 59€ including VAT, shipping and repair, will be requested from the Customer for the repair of the product(s) concerned.
It should be noted that the color of the brown leather used to manufacture COHETE CLASS SAS products may vary from one tone to another, from one bag to another. Brown leather is very natural and develops a patina over time thanks to the wax that protects it: the leather becomes darker and more beautiful with use.
It is reminded that the secrecy of correspondence is not guaranteed on the Internet network, and that it is the responsibility of each Internet user to take all appropriate measures to protect his or her own data and/or software from contamination by any viruses circulating on the Internet.
