Shipments and returns



Deliveries are made by La Poste, Mondial Relay, Chronopost, UPS or DHL, from Monday to Saturday, depending on the option chosen by the Customer when confirming his order. The carrier reserves the right to drop off the package at a relay point in the event of absence during delivery.

Orders, once ready (please consult manufacturing and/or customization lead times if necessary), are dispatched on average within two working days. In order for these deadlines to be respected, the Customer must ensure that he has communicated exact and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: telephone number, street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, floor, etc.).

The delivery time indicated when registering the order is given for information only and cannot be guaranteed. The times indicated are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times. COHETE CLASS SAS cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery not being its fault.
In the event of goods missing or damaged during transport, the buyer must make all the necessary reservations on the order form upon receipt of the said goods. These reservations must also be confirmed in writing within five days of delivery (to the following address

Express delivery €9.95:
– Europe: 2 working days
– Rest of the world: 5 working days

IMPORTANT: Concerning sales outside the European Union, prices are FOB departure from Paris. Customs clearance, payment of various duties or taxes are your responsibility. These rights and sums are not within the competence of the Company and cannot be given as an indication. They will be the responsibility of the Customer and are his responsibility (declarations, payment to the competent authorities, etc.).
In the event of delivery of one or more products outside the territory of the European Union and in the DROM-COM, the Customer declares himself the importer of the product (s) and accepts that in such a case, the company COHETE CLASS SAS may be physically unable to provide him with exact information on the total amount of costs relating to customs duties and formalities or import taxes applicable in the country where delivery of the Product is requested.


Returns are free worldwide and are the responsibility of COHETE CLASS SAS.

IMPORTANT: Given their clearly personalized and/or made-to-order nature, personalized items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

The Customer may return his order within 15 days of receipt of his order. The products must be returned in their original packaging, in their original condition, with all the elements (cloth bag and bag paper), new, unworn, unwashed.
If your order contains any, the gifts must also be returned (pouch, case, shoulder strap, etc.)
To make a return, the customer must make a return request to our customer relations department at the following address: within less than 15 days and use the transport slip sent by the Josefina team.

IMPORTANT: As long as we have not received the return package in our warehouse, the package is the responsibility of the Customer. Any bag damaged during transport due to the fault of packaging that does not comply with our instructions (original box, in their original condition, with all the elements (cloth bag and paper bag), new, unworn, unwashed) above will be refused reimbursement.

Once the return has been validated, the Customer will receive the refund by the same means as payment within 30 days. If the Customer fails to comply with these conditions, in particular the return or exchange conditions, COHETE CLASS SAS will not be able to refund the Products concerned.
