Article 8 - REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Returns are free of charge worldwide and are at the expense of COHETE CLASS SAS.
IMPORTANT: In view of their clearly personalized and/or custom-made nature, personalized items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Customers may return their order within 15 days of receipt.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, in their original condition, with all components (cloth bag and paper bag), new, unworn and unwashed. If your order contains gifts, they must also be returned (pouch, case, shoulder strap, etc.).
To make a return, the customer must send a return request to our customer relations department at the following address: info@josefina.fr within 15 days.
IMPORTANT: Until we have received the return package in our warehouse, the package is the responsibility of the customer.
Any bag damaged during transport due to packaging that does not comply with our instructions (original box, in its original condition, with all components (cloth and paper bag), new, unworn, unwashed) will not be reimbursed.
Once the return has been validated, the Customer will receive reimbursement by the same means as payment within 30 days.
Should the Customer fail to comply with the present conditions, in particular the return or exchange conditions, COHETE CLASS SAS will not be able to reimburse the Products concerned.
