The general terms and conditions of sale described hereafter detail the rights and obligations of the company COHETE CLASS SAS and its Customer within the framework of the sale of leather goods. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed with COHETE CLASS SAS for all items and services offered on the website www.josefina.fr.
COHETE CLASS SAS reserves the right to adapt or modify the present terms and conditions at any time, the version of the general terms and conditions of sale applicable to any transaction being the one appearing online on the website www.josefina.fr at the time of the order. Consequently, any service accomplished by the company COHETE CLASS SAS implies the adhesion without reserve of the buyer to the present general conditions of sale.
www.josefina.fr (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") is published by the company COHETE CLASS SAS with a capital of 35,000 euros, whose head office is located at 26 Rue Brunel, 75017 Paris, registered with the RCS of Paris under the number 802 439 638, intra-community VAT number FR8680243963800015 (hereinafter referred to as "COHETE CLASS" or "the Company").
Article 1 - CUSTOMER
The Customer must ensure that the data he/she provides are accurate and complete. In case of error in the wording of the addressee's coordinates, COHETE CLASS SAS cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product(s).
Article 1 - PRODUCTS
The detailed characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented on each product page of the website www.josefina.fr. The photographs do not enter the contractual field. The responsibility of COHETE CLASS SAS cannot be engaged if errors are accidentally introduced.
In case of non-conformity of the delivered product compared to its description on the Site, the Customer will be able to either exercise his right of withdrawal, or to implement the guarantee of conformity of COHETE CLASS SAS which will proceed, if necessary, either to the exchange or to the refunding of the price (in whole or part) possibly invoiced.
All the texts and images presented on the website of COHETE CLASS SAS are reserved, for the whole world, under the copyright and intellectual property rights; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly forbidden.
Article 3 - DURATION OF VALIDITY OF SALES OFFERS
The products are offered for sale while stocks last. In case of order of a product become unavailable, the Customer will be informed of this unavailability, as soon as possible, by e-mail.
Article 4 - PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS
The prices of the products are indicated in euros all inclusive of tax, by including the expenses of delivery. The carrier reserves the right to deposit the package in a relay point in case of absence during the delivery.
The amount of VAT is specified during the selection of a product by the customer and the shipping costs appear on the screen at the end of the selection of the different products by the customer. The value added tax (VAT) can be different according to the country of invoicing.
Concerning sales outside the European Union, the prices are FOB ex Paris. Customs clearance and payment of various duties and taxes are the responsibility of the Customer. These rights and sums are not under the responsibility of the Company and can only be given as an indication. They will be charged to the Customer and are his responsibility (declarations, payment to the competent authorities, etc.). COHETE CLASS SAS invites the Customer to inquire about these aspects with the corresponding local authorities.
COHETE CLASS SAS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the ordered products are invoiced at the price in force at the time of the order registration. The products are payable cash the day of the effective order.
The proposed prices include the discounts and rebates that the company COHETE CLASS SAS would have to grant taking into account its results or the assumption of responsibility by the purchaser of certain services.

The Customer expressly recognizes that the communication of his bank card number to COHETE CLASS SAS is worth authorizing the debiting of his account up to the amount of the ordered products.
The data recorded and kept by COHETE CLASS SAS constitute the proof of the order and of the whole of the past transactions. The data recorded by PayPal or CIC constitute the proof of the financial transactions.
Article 6 - ORDER
The customer validates his order when he activates the link "Order" at the bottom of the page "Shopping Cart" after having accepted the present conditions of sale. Before this validation, the customer is systematically proposed to check each element of his order; he can thus correct possible errors.
COHETE CLASS SAS confirms the order by e-mail; this information includes all the elements of the order (products, prices, availability of the products, quantity...). To this end, the Customer formally accepts the use of electronic mail for the confirmation by COHETE CLASS SAS of the content of his order. In any case, the invoices are available in the "my account" section.
Article 7 - DELIVERY
Deliveries are ensured by La Poste, Mondial Relay, Chronopost, UPS or DHL, from Monday to Friday, according to the option chosen by the Customer when validating his order. The carrier reserves the right to drop off the parcel at a relay point in case of absence during the delivery.
Free standard shipping 7 to 10 working days for purchases over 115€.
Express shipping 9,95€:
- Europe : 2 working days
- Rest of the world : 5 working days
The delivery time indicated during the registration of the order is only given as an indication and cannot be guaranteed. COHETE CLASS SAS cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery that is not its fault.
Delivery is made to the relay point chosen by the customer or to the complete delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this address must be the customer's home address, the address of a natural person of his choice or of a legal entity (delivery to his company). Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes.
Orders, once ready (please consult manufacturing and/or customization lead times if necessary), are shipped on average within two working days. In order for these deadlines to be respected, the Customer must ensure that he has communicated exact and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: telephone number, street number, building number, staircase, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, floor, etc.).
In the event of missing or damaged goods during transport, the purchaser will have to formulate all the necessary reserves on the purchase order upon receipt of the said goods. These reservations must also be confirmed in writing within five days of delivery (to the following address info@josefina.fr).
In case of delivery of one or more products outside the territory of the European Union and in the DROM- COM, the Customer declares himself the importer of the product(s) and accepts that in such a case, the company COHETE CLASS SAS may be materially unable to communicate to him/her an exact information on the total amount of the expenses related to the customs duties and formalities or the import taxes applicable in the country where the delivery of the Product is requested.
Article 8 - REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Returns are free of charge worldwide and are at the expense of COHETE CLASS SAS.
IMPORTANT: Given their clearly personalized and/or custom-made nature, personalized items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
The Customer will be able to return his order within 15 days following the reception of his order.
The products must be returned in their original packaging, in their original state, with all the elements (cloth bag and paper bag), new, not worn, not washed. If your order contains gifts, they must also be returned (pouch, case, shoulder strap, etc.)
To make a return, the customer must make a request to our customer relations department at the following address: info@josefina.fr within 15 days.
IMPORTANT: As long as we have not received the return package in our warehouse, the package is under the responsibility of the customer.
Any bag damaged during transport because of a packaging that does not respect our instructions (original box, in their original condition, with all the elements (fabric bag and paper bag), new, unworn, unwashed) above will be refused reimbursement.
Once the return is validated, the Customer will receive the reimbursement by the same means as the payment within 30 days.
If the Customer does not respect the present conditions, in particular the conditions of return or exchange, COHETE CLASS SAS will not be able to proceed to the reimbursement of the concerned Products.
Article 9 - AFTER-SALES SERVICE
For any additional information concerning an order placed on the Site www.josefina.fr, the Customer should contact the Customer Service at info@josefina.fr. Our customer service is open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
GUARANTEE: the repairs of the product(s) are taken care of up to one year from the date of receipt of the product(s) by the Customer; after this period, a contribution of 69€ including VAT, including shipping and repair, will be requested from the Customer for the repair of the product(s) concerned.
IMPORTANT: customs duties and additional taxes applied to shipments from and/or to non-EU countries are at the customer's expense.
It should be noted that the color of the brown leather used for the manufacturing of the products of the Company COHETE CLASS SAS can vary from one tone, from one bag to another. Brown leather is very natural and develops a patina over time thanks to the wax that protects it: the leather becomes darker and more beautiful with use.

It is reminded that the secrecy of correspondence is not guaranteed on the Internet network and that it is up to each Internet user to take all appropriate measures to protect his own data and/or software from contamination by any virus circulating on the Internet.
